Great folks!

Everyone very helpful. Normally I dont like surprises but I was pleasantly surprised when the cost for my replacement alternator was lower than the estimate! That just does not happen much nowadays. I trust them with all the service they do on our 3 vehicles. Last year I wanted new tires on one of our vehicles before winter - they checked and said our tires are actually stillin very good condition and that I could wait before replacement. OMG - they turned down a tire sale! But they know eventually they will sell me the tires. Honest, friendly, and competent people.

Great Service as Always!

Always friendly and upbeat. You can tell the people love there jobs. My van was taken care of and they promptly called me when we knew the repairs were going to be more than expected. I figured that to be the case as well. They were able to get it wrapped up in the time allowed and I was on the road again!

Oil Change Appointment

Our family has been utilizing Schierl Tire Service for years because of their friendly greeters and there follow up to any questions. However, following the 9.8.2021 oil change appointment, I noticed there was a film on grease on my drivers seat visor and on the clothe material (light beige color) above the drivers seat. My seating for my car was set probably to high for the individual who drove my car into the shop. But it's a little disappointing that no one from Schierl Tire did not bring this to my attention where I could clean it following the appointment.

Poor communication

I dropped off the tire and was told we will call if it needs a tube because it will have to be ordered and wont be in until tomorrow. Never got a call so I drove 20 minutes to be toldits not ready, we had to order a tube So a 40 minute round trip for nothing

Impeccable service!

I have ALWAYS been impressed with your service, the amount of knowledge each staff member has, the pricing on tires and the extent you go through to accommodate each customer. I would really like to thank Megan for her outstanding service! She is the TRUE service leader! Anytime I have a question, she has an answer. She's been extremely helpful to me over the past year and has definitely gone above and beyond when it comes to taking care of the customer. In fact, her timing is much quicker than it took for me to leave this review ;) If you have a question about mice in your garage or what a sway bar is... Megan is your gal! Thank you for being amazing!
