Had my oil changed. Got home to check my oil level and was a quart short. 2013 chevy takes 6 quarts of synthetic oil. Questions now. Did the use synthetic oil? Did they change my oil filter? ONE quart of oil is pretty low??? I don' t know if I will go back to Schierl anymore. HUGHE mistake on their part. I did go back to have the quart added.
Always get great service from Schierl Tire. I have been going there for years and always am extremely happy with their service.

Didn't have to sit around to wait for our vehicle. They were able to get us a loaner the night before since the didnt open prior to me having to be to work. I was able to get to work the next day and pick up our vehicle after work when the vehicle was complete. Thank you for accommodating to our busy schedule.
I purchased tires and an oil change booklet. The tires were a great price and the oil change booklet is going to save me a bunch through the year.
