Receptive and Friendly Service

I came to Schierl Tire and Service to have an alignment done. I told them how whenever I hit a bump, my car would jerk one way or the other. They hooked up the alignment machine and showed me how my alignment was out of the specification limits. They also demonstrated how it was affecting my tire wear. They made the adjustments they could and took my Jeep for a test drive to make sure they fixed it right.I like how the folks at Schierl listen to me. They make sure they see and hear what I see and hear with my vehicle and they work until they make sure they solve the problem I bring to them. You can be sure I'll be back again!

Friendly and Professional

I've been taking my cars here for years. I've never had a reason to complain. I don't honestly know if they are cheaper or faster than other shops, but their work has always been first rate. The staff up front are friendly and remember my name and my vehicles when I walk in the door. They always manage to squeeze me in when I am in a pinch, and never give me any BS about what my car does or does not need.

They didn't have a time open for an oil change and tire rotation and it was my only day off. They still got me in and gave me a ride back home in between.
