So grateful for the pick-up & delivery service since I have walking issues. Your techs are exceptional. I usually request Ray or Tom. Plus the gal who coordinated the appt and car pick-up was efficient & very kind.
Staff did an excellent job in finding the problem and noted it may be covered under vehicle warranty. It wasn't and they fixed it.
A poor experience ..... the manager is aware of the exact problem ......

I've been a customer for seven years in Rapids. Ordered my new tires via Schierl's website. They were higher priced than anybody else around, but I figured it was worth a little extra because I've always been happy with their service. I live in Rapids, but for some reason the order went to Plover, and they said they couldn't change it. OK, I can drive. Got there. When truck was done, the bill was wrong, plus they over charged me for the tires by $40, which was $10 a tire more than their online price. There was also some sort of tire grease that didn't want to come off easily all over my chrome wheels and the inside of my door; the side mirrors were all messed up as was my power seat. I spoke with the manager, and to his credit, he not only made it right by having my truck cleaned up, he also refunded all the overcharges plus ended up undercutting competitor's prices. Looking forward to my next service back in Rapids....not Plover, ever.

Getting my oil changed on my vehicle at the Schierl Service Center in Plover is easy, convenient, and reliable.
Your staff at this location is consistently great! Always willing to go out of their way for the customer. Brian is the best and has a great team!
