Tire Service

Called for new tires, was presented with a great deal, scheduled the appointment, The folks at the counter were friendly and informative. The work was done quickly. All was explained well, I will return for more service work

I was a little unimpressed with the service at this appointment. I drove no more than 5 miles when I noticed a grinding noise, it was not brought to my attention that I needed rear brake pads.

The receptionist was so rude and short with me. I really have no idea why. She was just in an awful mood. The gentleman who handled my car provided wonderful customer service. He explained what was wrong in a hands on manner and provided repair estimates. We decided to trade the car in and get a new one but would have loved to work with him again. The receptionist on the other hand was just so rude... And hard to deal with.

After an initial communications glitch, both the Plover site and the St. Point site were able to work together to get my tire mount and balance worked out same day which was hugely important to me for personal reason's... All right, I needed to get on vacation :) they make it happen on schedule
