tire repair

It says on you company vehicle," free tire repair", I had many full size car/trailer tires fixed for free from you over the years, this is why I buy my new tires from you. I will shop next time I need tires because I was blind sided on this tire as I thought it was free like many times before. Plover location would not even bring out my tire till I paid them in full, trust issue ? To many places selling tires to put up with that crap.
