Tires were not available on day scheduled to be installed. Had to wait extra day. Service person did not seem surprised that this happened. Led me to believe this was not unusual. Reason for not referring.

I set up an appt. for LOF and I had a slight wobble in the steering. They found a belt had shifted on a front tire. I decided to change all four tires, the alignment was off and was corrected. The staff made sure I understood what was wrong and what costs were involved. Thanks for great service.

Alignment

Brought my sister in laws pt cruiser in to get an alignment had great customer service and everything they called me to let me know the front camber was off... they told me the extra cost if they fixed but most of all they asked me if I wanted them to fix the front camber instead of fixing it and throwing on the bill

Tire swap & head lights

Visited Matthews Menasha for my spring tire swap yesterday and was in an out in an hour. One of the reasons I like Matthews is they store my tires in the office season. I noticed the night before that one of my headlights was out so I asked if the could handle replacing both...no problem but before we do it let me call you with a price because replacing some types of head lights in a Camry can take hours. Fortunate for me I had the typical type.Matthew's great service, great customer service and their not just about tires.

After buying 4 new tires in November, I discovered a small bulge in a rear tire. Stopped in and showed to Jason. He checked and could get a tire in a couple of hours and offered me a loaner vehicle to use to get back to work for the afternoon. Picked up my vehicle after work (new tire installed)! Couldn't have been given better service:)
