I brought my tire in with a broken TPMS sensor nut, and they took care of it! They accidentally broke my sensor, but replaced it at no charge. Really great service!
After the car went dead in Cabela's Parking lot and I had to get a jump from a customer, I needed car checked. I dropped off car about noon for Craig to work in during day. They checked battery , alternator, contacts etc, all ok. Assuming that the car was confused when shut off in drive instead of park and lites were on. The young guy, Matt, dropped me off from shop, nice and enthusiastic. I told him the reason I go to THAT Matthews was because I like the people, they're nice, and I trust them. Probably have to buy tires late this fall. So next time I will also try coffee, make sure it's good.
Fantastic Service at Matthews Tire! I felt they were honest. They didnt try to sell me extra stuff. And my car was fixed in one day. The people working there were really nice and helpful!
I thought you only did tires there. I called in to find out if you did oil change and brake inspections. Everyone I interacted there was very professional, courteous, and made me feel good about coming there. I will definitely be using you more often.
Mathews was able to get me in on a Saturday for new tires installed.Great service great product!!

Excellent! Dealt with Craig and Sean and they are very courteous and helpful. Always treated very well and no matter what question I ask it is answered in terms I understand I am never made to feel inferior. Love your place!!
I had the front end aligned after purchasing 4 new tires last year. All the components were checked . Great equipment to detect problems. Had my 98 Buick also checked for work to be done. I will always buy my tires and service from here!
Done on time (before actually) and advised on some future maintenance.
