Excellent Service

I moved from Appleton to Green Bay and was happy to see the Matthew's Tire in Green Bay. I know very little about cars, so it is reassuring to find a company that is honest in appraising what needs to be done now, what will be coming up but can wait, etc.

Great Customer Service

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The oil service I had was so speedy! My only complaint was the sticker in my windshield. The mileage written on the sticker was wrong and the older sticker was not removed. Other than that, it was fantastic!
