This was the first time I dealt with Matthews Tire. For many years I dealt with another local dealer and decided to look elsewhere because I discovered I was not being treated fairly.I called three tire dealers, and Matthews was far more courteous than the others. Above that, they asked me questions to help them and me decide the best tire for my car, and explained their service, warrenty and financing plan in great detail.More importantly, when arriving at the shop, every person there treated me more like a friend than a customer, and again explained things and answered questions courteously.

Best customer service I have received anywhere in quite some time. Really takes the sting out of paying for costly car maintenance. Prices were competitive and come with many extras. Appointment times were convenient and wait time was exactly what they said. Will definitely return.
