Great service!

It's not often I receive awesome customer service, and I can honestly say this is a place that met those expectations. My company (midwesternwheels) uses Matthews a lot and because of the service I have experienced through work I decided to use them for personal reasons and they did not disappoint. Thank you! I will be using you going forward. Also a special shout out to Patrick for honoring the price I was quoted via email and being extra nice when I dropped off my car.Thank you again! :)

had routine service, tech noticed a problem with the ball joints. thanks to Jim pulling my service records he was able to identify when we replaced them and work out an answer with the warranty that came with the parts.

I feel like everyone is very honest with me. The rates are acceptable. I also like the transportation to and from my office.

Unforseen complications

I brought in our car because I had damaged one tire. I suspected I might need to replace more than just the damaged tire. Upon inspection the crew at Matthew's found that I had two tires with damage that couldn't be seen from the exterior. So very glad they found this! I could have had multiple flats in my future!

Excellent Service

I had brought my car in for routine service, but in the process was told some fairly expensive maintenance was needed. Not really surprising given the car has > 170,000 miles. The service techs explained everything, worked with my schedule, and everything was completed exactly as I had been told. I'm not a car expert at all, so I am so appreciative of having service reps I can trust. Thank you.
