I had an oil change and tire rotation on my 2011 chevy equinox and i have great service. All the employees where very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I would give the service a 10 out of 10.

Tires and Oil Change

I missed my appointment in the morning when I called they enthusiastically said that if I dropped my car off they would get the work done for me, which they did!! I appreciate them understanding my mix up with the appointment and still getting the job done.

Tire install and alignment

Disappointed that I had to make another appointment and waste 1 1/2 hours and a 30 mile trip to have the steering wheel in the correct position. Especially when I mentioned it to you that I wanted it set correctly.

Good service, long wait

I expected and got what I always have...exactly what I asked for. I had a noon appointment, I was a couple minutes early, yet my vehicle didn't go in for service for at least 20 minutes.
