The service performed by Matthews Tire once again was outstanding! The service advisers were extremely helpful and helped my wife out with usage of a Matthews Tire vehicle while working on ours. That has come in handy since I am deployed with the US Navy to Germany and dropping a vehicle off with only one driver available makes it a challenge.

New Tires
With my job I have been traveling in excess of 22,000 highway miles per year for the past 30 years. I typically keep my vehicle for 8 years which means at a minimum 2 sets of tires not counting the original tires on the vehicle when purchased new.I have tried several brands of tires over this period with satisfactory results from most manufacturers.What impresses me the most with the staff at Matthew's Tire is not only their knowledge but more importantly their customer service. They go above and beyond most "tire shops". They know their customers by name and treat them in a courteous manner.Lifetime rotations including balancing at no charge is an added bonus. They also inspect your vehicle and make you aware of any items of concern without being pushy.Overall a great bunch of people who truly focus on their customers. You can buy tires anywhere for basically the same price but you don't get the level of personal service these fine people provide.
