Goodyear Tires Installation

New Goodyear set of tires were installed on my Expedition and run smoothly. I was disappointed that the "free alignment check" was misrepresented; while the check might have been free, the actual alignment was $89. If I recommend Matthews Tire to friends, it will be with the provision the they ask the "out the door cost" with possible alignment fee.

Great service, friendly service advisors and techs, and I especially appreciate the way female customers are treated - with dignity and respect. My wife likes going to Matthews with me, and my oldest daughter wants to make Matthews her tire shop when her car needs tires in the fall, and its all because of the way the staff has treated them when theyve accompanied me.
