Excellent service. The light that displays the radio station and the time wasn't working and Dave spent time with me to go over options as the radio needed to be replaced.
I had a sensor issue where Chevy let me down. As usual, Matthews came through and found the part and got me in and out in very little time.

Really did a nice job of getting the tires and my car in as quick as possible after I had a blowout on a weekend.
Came home with a broken emblem on hubcap when they changed out tires to cobra rims. They say it was already broken. It couldn't have been broken or it would not have been on the tire rim to begin with when brought in. I like Matthews for the most part but this was just wrong. They broke the emblem getting it off to put the rims on the tires that were on the tires and they say they didn't.
Thank you for fixing my car when I drove in with a problem. You are the best.

They quickly got me in and met / exceeded expectations.
Had an appointment for an oil change and got right in on time for this. Can't remember name of person who checked me in -- but he was so friendly and ready to help me . When checking out, the other gentleman in the store was also very friendly and explained exactly what services I had done. thanks for having a great staff at your facility in Green Bay.
