I had coupons to present at checkin. Didn't take them at the time. At completion again wasn't asked if I had coupons. I was distracted and discussing the problems they found with car and I forgot to give coupons.
In and out with estimate and appointment within 10 minutes. Appointment within 2 days. Great service!
I am a loyal customer of Matthews Tire in Appleton. For me to drive in 40 minutes for an oil change when I could have had one anywhere in Green Bay tells you something about the honest people and good work they perform on my car.
Excellent Service. Provides a courtesy car which is very helpful. Great People/Technicians.
Friendly and effective. The mechanic noticed some filters that needed changing called to check if I wanted it done. Very nice to be asked instead of just changed after the fact. He gave me a heads up on the serpentine belt as well.
Very helpful service. I needed to replace a blown tire as quickly as possible to minimize driving on a "temporary" tire. Matthews squeezed me in their schedule. I had initially called a place closer to where I live [didn't want to drive more than I had to on a temporary tire] and was told they could do it Wednesday or Thursday. My call was on a Monday. Even though there was a sense of urgency, I was put off. At leasst Matthews had common sense. I had purchased other tires from them, and gotten good service so I was not surprised they accommodated me the same day I called. At Matthews, I'm obviously valued as a customer.
Fast friendly service, I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. Work was finished in a timely manner and now my truck drives great.
We have been customers since 1990 and we love the service and the people that provide it. They always make us feel welcome and they take good care of our car, truck and van. I highly recommend Matthews Tire.

Called about getting a tire checked out since I had a flat the night before. They checked it and under normal PSI, it was fine. When it was maxed out, there was a very small leak that couldnt be repaired. My family was being held up from leaving for vacation so the options I had were to put a used non-matching tire on or all new tires-which I was going to need before winter. They jumped on putting all new tires on and I was back on the road an hour later. Thanks to the APPLETON team for the great, quick, professional service you offered throughout the process. You have a lifelong customer now!
