I inquired about getting a set of winter wheels and tires for my 18' Challenger T/S 392 and they went the extra mile to research what wheels would fit over my front 6-piston Brembo brakes.Also searched for the best value for me!
Everything went as planned except I kept two of the old tires but was still charged for tire disposal. I caught it home and called back. I was given a credit on my account.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that all the staff had there. Bryon was very helpful with my questions and accommodating.
Matthews was able to accommodate my schedule for the appointment. They were able to perform three services in one visit. I was able to use the Goodyear rebate in conjunction with the mailer discount. They also are able to find hard-to-find parts for my vehicle.

As usual I had a great experience. This is a 2019 vehicle I bought off the lot and prefer Matthews for service as they know their stuff and listen to my requests. Never an oversell.Jason understood my needs and came up with a great plan for my service needs.
After looking at several different options I settled on a new set of tires for my wife's van. Matthew's discovered that the van also needed an alignment too. Looking at the tire wear, I could see it. Easy peasy and at a much better price than a dealer
