Bergstrom said I needed brakes and rotors. because of the cost I was quoted I checked with Mathews. They told me I did not need Rotors on the back and also quoted a cheaper price. the service was top notch and the estimate was exactly what I was told.
even when they had no chance to make the sale Jason still went out of his way to make sure that we got our car back on the road with as few a problems as possible. THANK YOU JASON!
I brought in a tire for a leaking valve core R&R and wound up with a bubble in the tire sidewall after reinstallation. The tire was deemed defective and was adjusted by prorated formula for new replacement. I felt that was a very fair solution to a bad situation as there was only maybe 15,000 miles on this 4 year old tire. Yes, I was not happy with having to buy a new tire but, the professionals at Mathews at least took way some of the pain away with a very fair and equitable solution! This is why I will continue to go back to Mathews for all my family tire needs.Thanks Again!Five Star Service
I had an excellent experience again. I came for an oil change and was alerted to the fact that my fuel and oil system could use a cleaning. Very courteous and helpful tech. No pushing of services, just the facts.
I had a very good appointment and everything went really well yesterday. But today my tire pressure light went on again?!?
