Treated well as always
tire pressure sensors weren't reset as part of tire rotate, had to bring truck back in for service. I commute from Green Bay and I normally drive a car so bringing my truck to Appleton a 2nd time cost me a few bucks of gas money. earlier this year I brought the truck in for an oil change and it had a flat tire when I picked it up, I was told the seal / bead was broken by mistake when they did the rotate.
I like the extended hours as it is easier for me to schedule appointments.
Everyone that helped and greeted me like a friend. They all paid attention to my requests and concerns. My brakes grind when I back up, but the mechanics did not hear. The brakes are at 50%, that's good, but The noise bothers me.
they did very nice job putting on the tire sensors and rotation.
I thought they were going to email me a quote for the exhaust to be fixed, from the catalytic converter back, I have a rattle inside somewhere. Overall great service!!!
