OIL CHANGE /TIRE ROTATION

Made a 'appointment' with Melissa for a drive in date for 1-2-17 to leave Sante Fe. Got there Dan checked me in, asked when I wanted vehicle back I said how about 2, he said how about 3 they were pretty backed up/busy. Ok 3 it is. Got there at 2:50PM Sante Fe sitting in SAME SPOT I parked it when dropped off. Had not even been looked at. Rick apologized and said they'd get it in right away, I said no give me keys back he said he'd put two guys on it. 40 min. later I got up to see where car was, it was just coming out. I asked Dan what happened and he admitted the shop or someone missed it. I stayed in town for 4.5 hrs waiting. No compensation for time wasted, etc. He said it won't happen again--he's correct on that-- because I won't be back.
