Once again We have gotten outstanding service at our local Matthews tire. We have been going to this store for our cars service for tires, trouble shooting and oil changes for 18 years. Dan, Rick and the team are top notch. Their level of customer is always amazing. They have gone above and beyond for us many times in our history together. We now have 5 cars in our family and trust them with all our vehicles. Thanks !
I take my car to Matthews Tire for everything. Everyone is very friendly and answer all my questions. Rick is a great manager.
Customer service was great!Not finding anything wrong with wiper motor doesn't make me feel safe driving right now.
The employees were friendly and helpful. They explained the additional work that could be done but were not pushy about doing it that day. I also like the coupon discounts.
It usually takes a long time to get the oil change done. but i am happy with the all around service i receive. it would also be nice to stop in for a oil service with out an appointment.
