I have been going to Matthews for several years now after a recommendation from a co-worker. I have been pleased ever since with all our vehicles work. I request Eric each time because we have built a rapport. He always fixed the issues and lets me know about other potential and how urgent he feels each repair is. After this last visit for brakes/rotors etc, I got an estimate for another co-worker on her brakes. She was very happy about the cost. Another place quoted her much higher!

Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Well organized, clean facility. Able to schedule service almost immediately. Work explained in courteous way. Done on time and at price quoted. Great experiencer all around.And love the availability of bikes while waiting for service! Cool idea.
