Service was excellent and technician was professional.

State Inspection

Kind staff, but careless service. I took my car to the shop for a state inspection. They provided me with a document stating that my car passed. However, I found that my left brake light was not working and it was working before I took it to the shop. It concerns me that something that simple was missed so I can't trust if other parts of my car passed the state inspection.

Disappointed

I was told it would be an hour and a half wait but it ended up being almost a three hour wait. The genetleman helping me didn't even bother to tell me it would take longer. I had to ask a different genetleman for an update. I find this unprofessional and it would've been nice to know it was going to take almost double the amount of time.

Great customer service!

I went in just for a state inspection and I was unable to pick my vehicle up the same day so they pulled it in and gave me no problems. I picked it up the next day and they were very kind.
