Bad service
I took my van for an oil change. They called me & told me they checked all the fluids & recommended a coolant and multiple other flushes. I told them I would check with firestone (where I usually take my van) to see when was the last time I did these flushes. I drove 1 block home. The following day I drove 25 miles to work. My van was reading hot. When we check it, the radiator was almost completely dry. What a coincidence....how come lambs did not tell me it was empty since they checked all the fluids. Before going to lambs, it wasn't reading hot. I had to have a coworker take me during lunch to buy coolant to get home. My neighbor had told me not to try lambs because they had a bad 1st experience. I will never go back to them. They should have never let me leave their store with an empty radiator. It was a miracle I didn't brake down on I35 in 8 am traffic. Don't try them, bad service.
