Service Like I Remember...

This location gave me the excellent service that I used to receive from Lamb's, unlike the original location that I used to frequent. A simple reimbursement to me under Lamb's "worry free tire replacement warranty" took my original Lamb's location over two months to resolve, thanks only to that location's new manager, who made it happen in a single day.I've noticed numerous changes in personnel over the past 6 months at the original Lamb's location that I used to use. Hopefully the Lamb's Research location will continue providing their customers with quality service that I've come to expect...

Timely Service

Brought the truck in to have the oil change around 5pm on a Friday. They were able to work it into the schedule, finishing it at 5:45. Quick, speedy service done correctly.As I was leaving, a customer came in with a bolt in his car's tire. The tire was not repairable. A couple of mechanics and the service writer stayed late to replace the tire and get him back on the road. Indicative of the service above and beyond.
