I'd been searching for a new Auto Mechanic. I think my truck has found its forever home. No high pressure sales, just the facts on what needed to be done. Miguel worked with me on a plan on what needed to be done and what was coming up. I also got it at the promised time. Awesome experience!!!

As always I am satisfied with service done on my vehicle at this Lambs location. If I have a question about any work done, workers are always eager to make sure I am a satisfied customer and I appreciate that.
Excellent service
Am not accustomed to writing reviews as it seems exceptional service is just that, exceptional! Drove my car to Lamb's at 6:15 AM expecting them to open at 7:00 AM and was gonna go on a run until they opened. Well, the shop Manager, Ron, was already there and started diagnostics right away. He and his team were professional and educational. They are most definitely customer centric!! :)
Came in for a battery, but was pleasantly surprised when they reminded me that I needed a state inspection soon. Saved me another trip. Got me in/out pretty quickly too.
Had a great experience with Lambs. Was able to walk in to get my car inspected and they called me when it was done. Miguel was very helpful!
I asked to have my battery checked. Asked why my radio did not work or warning signals. 1st person said if you turn it off and it starts again, you don't need a new battery. Said I needed to take it to a dealer. I persisted 2nd person said same. I asked him to please check my battery. discovered I needed a new battery. After installation he told me the radio still did not work and I needed to take it to a dealer. Got in the car and everything worked including my radio. I usually take my car to the Lamb's on Far West. They are more informed. I was on my way to Costco so Stopped at Research store. Not a good experience.
Lamb's Automotive offers quality service at a fair price.
