Lambs took care of us again! We had an emergent repair before leaving on a trip and they got us in and repaired quickly. This store continues to impress our family.

Since I purchased my new vehicle in 2013, I have all services done @ Lamb's. Every time, Lamb's has been very friendly & professional. I have had no concerns with my vehicle with Lamb's looking out for any concerns.

Deceptively long wait

I came to get the state inspection done. Was told it would be 30 minutes until my car was going to be looked at and then about 30 minutes for the inspection to be completed. I opted to wait as that wasn't very long. Over an hour later, my car hadn't been moved. When I asked I was told, "it's going to be awhile" and that he told me it would be an hour before it was done. I corrected the gentlemen and reminded him he said 30 minutes to wait and 30 min for inspection. Suddenly, my car was the next to be done. I had my young daughter with me and would never had waiting had I been told up front that it would be almost 2 hours total that I would be there. I will never return to Lamb's for an inspection again.

A loyal customer

I'm always impressed with the professional ,courteous attitude of the front line. The mechanics do the work and it's done right. That is the main reason that I continually return. Even though I may not want to hear it, I appreciate that I'm informed of future repairs/costs that will keep my car at optimum performance.
