Poor customer service

I bought 2 tires a little over a year ago and car developed a terrible vibration. Upon inspection I was told tire had bubbles and was defective but they couldn't find any info other than I bought the tires from them. They don't know who they got them from and BEST they could do is offer me A small discount on additional tires. I was told a manager would contact me yesterday and no one did. Ended up going to Discount tire and getting 4 new tires. They are cheaper and stand behind what they sell you. I would not waste my time going here.

The service is excellent but the wait is long. It should not have taken all morning to change the oil. I have changed the oil in my car in 20 minutes

Very disappointed!

The last time I went to Lamb's it took a little over THREE hours for a simple oil change. The gentleman who was working with me was very apologetic and kind. He explained that had I made an appt. it would have been much faster. SOOO, I thought I would try again. I made a 2:30pm appointment for my 16 year old son to get his oil changed. He told the attendant that he needed to leave by 4pm for football. The attendant told him that would be NO problem, it was a simple oil change and he had an appt - they would have him out in less than an hour. ONE hour and 50 min later... the man working with him originally had left and the new attendant couldn't find his keys and was rude to him. He was late to football and had consequences for being late. I was NOT happy AT ALL!!!! Unforunately, we will not be returning to Lamb's. :(

Unhappy news on car!

Brought my 10-yr old Camry in for a 90k service in addition to some deferred maintenance items. I was expecting about a $1200-1400 hit. However, they found the power steering rack was leaking -- after being replaced at 50,500 miles! Initially, the estimate to correct that was another $1200!! Lambs went back and worked with the supplier of the replacement item and ended up getting them to warrantee it -- even though it was almost 2 yrs past warranty. Still had top pay the labor again but they worked to get the whole painful job down to $2,000, which I appreciated the effort.

Oil change

I had a concern about one of my tires and asked for a rotation. They did find a nail and fixed the tire for me.

Sept 3rd visit

The people at the Williams Rd Lambs are always pleasant and accommodating. However, this is the second time in a row where repairing a tire took 2 hours. That is a long time and I had come in right at opening time. I think what I did not appreciate most is that I was told that they were finishing up just before 9AM and it was just about 10AM when it was really done.

Longtime customer. It's the friendliness of the personnel & the satisfaction with the service that keeps me coming back.

I can depend on competent technicians and service managers who listen to my situation.
