Not Impressed

A few months ago, I was told during a service that I should consider coming back in for a brake rotor machining. I wasn't able to until yesterday. It was not emphasized how much damage it could do and what the cost would be in the future. Yesterday was more expensive than I realized and I think that is on Lamb's entirely. I had to opt out of things because of the expense. If I had been properly informed in the past on what was needed, this wouldn't have happened. Do not contact me. I won't be coming back.

Thank you for replacing my truck light bulbs and wiper blades. I was really surprised that it cost over $200 in labor to replace light bulbs. That must be a bad design by Chevy.

Inspection report untruthful

I went to Four Points Lambs for 1) a Goodyear tire from THIS STORE needed rebalance & 2) st insp. The front tires were worn, yet passable (via Lincoln penny trick), but I elected to buy 2 new tires. I received a call saying it would not pass - wiper blades. I told them I would not pay $60 wiper replacement cost, to fail the inspection & I'd change the blades (same Rain-X) and bring it back.I later noticed the "Explain Rejection Fully" field on the "Vehicle Inspection Rejection Receipt" had been filled out "wiper blades are torn more than one inch, front tires are worn down to the wear bars". THIS WAS A LIE!! I just had 2 brand new tires installed at that store! They did not want to say that it failed for only a wiper blade. I am also now concerned that this will needlessly appear on the CarFax history for this car. Finally, the reinspection readily passed after I changed only the wiper blades.I do not understand why the inspector had to lie after I spent $350 for 2 new tires!!

Brakes and a tire

Great location, great staff. They work quickly and efficiently. On this occasion the replaced a tire, machined the rotors and put on new pads for my front brakes. They flushed the brake fluid as well and even stayed open past close to have my car ready to go for me.

Went in for a state inspection. Already was getting busy, so I wasn't surprised when they said it would be an hour or more, but then they got me in quicker and done in less than 30 minutes.
