Complications arise, I was not informed correctly re: time.1st pushed back 2hrs, then had another 45 min wait there. Guy gave an excuse I know was not correct- my dad owns a shop and I know!

From the greeting g to the final bill, I am always treated with respect and given good advice. As a single woman, I never feel like they are trying to sell me what I don't need. They are honest and forthright. I feel good about taking my cars here.

Fast, polite service

I got a flat on my way to run errands. I pulled into Lamb's as it happened to be right there as my tire was quickly deflating. I was met in the parking lot & my car was very quickly taken in & repaired. Will definitely go back!

As always, fast service. Courteous and fair on telling me the things that I did not need. What I had done was somewhat of a big job but he told me the items on the 100k servicing that I has already done instead of charging me again. I have been a Lambs patron for a long time and they have always been honest. During the time they were expanding quite a bit the guys were more aggressive with upwelling and that seems to be in check, I'm glad to see that. I had to have the transfer case redone and it was a few hundred $ more than I had been quoted elsewhere but I have higher confidence in Lambs to stand behind the work.Keep up the honest, quality work and I will continue to patronize Lamb's.

I have been a customer for 15 years. Appreciate the continued good customer service. Bryon did a good job of meeting my needs this time.Wish you could maintain your store managers. Seems every time I get to know and build a relationship with your store manager they are replaced. Something must be going wrong.
