The installation was supposed to be done at 3:00pm it was completed at 5:30(two and a half hours more than stated). The installer also failed to put my valve stem caps back on the vehicle, all 4 were gone. I made an appointment ahead of time and was on time taking that long for tires is too much. My time is important.
