State Inspection

Took my car in for a state inspection. I was greeted in a timely fashion, they patiently waited while I had my insurance card sent over and had me in and out of their in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly, prompt service, alignment excellent price!Decided to add two tires at fair price...plus at least 50% mail in rebate using my Goodyear credit card no interest for 12 months!And military friendly discount!Will be sending my family from leandrr there.Also will use them for service...oil changes in future!

My wife and I have become regulars with Lamb's lately! The professionalism, politeness, and helpfulness are the reasons we keep going back. My car even has free oil changes for life with the dealer but I prefer taking it to Lamb's anyway. They tell you what's needed but don't pressure you into doing it right away (unless it's a safety concern). Labor charges are fair and they even throw in discounts whenever they can.If I was to say anything less than positive, it would only be that I would like to know that they've shopped around for the best price on parts. I have found the parts cheaper myself but I still pay their price because of the convenience.

Good integrity

Went in for an oil change and found out that I had an oil leak. What may have saved this place from a bad rating is that they found the error, fixed it, and apologized for the inconvenience sincerely. They also promised to offer a discount on my next service, "IF" I come back... I intend to give them another shot, based on the fix, but my confidence in a basic task raised an eyebrow, for sure.
