Another great visit to Jim Cooper's. I was able to get a next day appt for an oil change. They had my car ready within 2 hours of picking it up. Love the convenience.
Unicorns, four leaf clovers, and bigfoot are easier to find than a great, reliable and honest mechanic...yet I am pleased to say Jim Coopers is one in a million! I have brought 3 different vehicles, all luxury brands, they never overcharge due the the type of car. My cars are fixed, prices are always lower than expected and things are done right. They contact you with all issue and never try to sell you things you just don't need. I have sent many friends to Jim Coopers and all have reported the same amazing experiences. I never dread an issue with my vehicles as I now have great people to take care of all my mechanical needs.They have repaired items on my Porsche that even the dealer could not get right! I will NEVER go anywhere else! I love this place!
Everything went smooth! Very professional and always inform us of needs on our vehicle without pressure.
I've had them perform a lot of work on my two cars, and I've always been very satisfied. Recently they did a brake job on the rear wheels, and they did a great job.

The service I receive from Pete and Casey is very professional. They are prompt, thorough, and friendly.
Saw the shop when going to other stores in the area. Oil changes are done in a resin able time and there's no mess in and around the engine. The only thing I get Leary about is when sales or service guy comes out to tell me I need other work or parts. Cause one of the first times I went there, I think I had about 25,000 on it and I was told I needed a tranny flush.When my manual said to maybe check it at around 60,00 and every 10,ooo after that. Also a family member who is ASE certified told me not to worry about it till around 90,000 unless it leaks. And it looks ok now.

Reasonable cost with coupon. Scheduled same day. Finished by 10:30am. Service person called when completed. I was satisfied with the work.
