Helped when I needed it

I was driving around when my car started steaming. I checked under the hood and saw water on the fan, so I knew I had a leak in the cooling system somewhere. I called Jim Cooper's and they said to bring it in and they'd look at it. After about 10 min they came and told me it was the radiator. They had my car back to me in under 24 hours. Great service! Will be using them again.

Oil change flaws

I recently had an oil change, after which the crew admitted they did not check or fill the power steering fluid. This is disappointing.

The staff was courteous and friendlyThe service was performed on time and was done quickly and accurately.The price of the service was fair. the staff took the time to show me where my heat shield under the car was loose and instructed that it should be replaced which I did on a subsequent visit. The entire car was checked and I was informed that my battery needs to have it's posts cleaned. They were pleasant when I said I would do it myself but I appreciate them telling me it was needed.

Oil Change Review

I got an oil change and tire rotation recently. Everything went great and was out of there in 45 minutes.
