Disappointing

I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday at Jim cooper's. I felt as though I was pressured into doing work that is really not necessary. I am not sure if I will ever return.

Fast, honest, reliable

I've been coming here for years. It's never fun to spend money on maintaining or fixing a vehicle. Jim Cooper's makes it a nice experience. They are upfront, honest, reliable, and do the job well.

A newcomer to Eagan, I called Cooper Tire & Auto to get an appointment for an oil change. I got in right away and was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service. I came home and sent my wife down to get the oil changed on her car.

I am very satisfied with the service.

issues

I don't see where I got the discount that should have come with the coupon I tendered.The Good Year credit card didn't work at Good Year - but it worked at Cub! You guys aren't so hot on that front. I had to use another credit card.

Service was average

Took much longer than quoted. Cost more than quoted and really didn't complete everything I asked for when I made the appointment over the phone. The customer service was great, the service was so/so based on another auto place told me there was a problem and here I was told they could not distinguish the problem. Just want some consistency.
