Needed new tires fast!

Jim Cooper's got me in quick and put new tires on my car. They gave me 3 different options as far as quality tires and cost. It was timely and everyone I dealt with was nice.

worst ever

brought my car in for an oil change and front break pads was quoted $300 made the app. for 8.30am had two small children with me got my car back at 2.15pm kids was so restless by then I was charged $750 over double the quoted price the broke off my passanger side mirror and then told me they was never on that side of the car that I did it! WHAT? so I guess then that means only one break pad was changed !!! WORST SERVICE EVER I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND HOPE THAT YOU WILL NOT FALL VICTOM TO THEM AND THEIR RIP OFF WAYS WORST!!! RUN AWAY!!!

Only guys I trust!

Jim Coopers is the only place I trust to work on my Ford Mustang. They are always are on time and are very efficient when working on the car. Recently I had all 4 tires put on and they even checked my alignment for free. Very reasonable costs. The last time I went in for new brakes, the guys were very honest and told me I didn't need them done. I left without paying a penny. They don't try to sell you unnecessary things you don't need unlike other places. I am very happy with their over all service and quality of work! Happy to stay loyal to them.

I've been going here for my basic car maintenance for a couple of years now. They always get my car fixed/serviced well and I always feel that I'm getting straight answers on what my car genuinely needs and what my options are. I have no idea how cars work, but I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. They treat my car as if it's their own in terms of giving objective assessments of what's best for it.
