Hornsby Tire Pros & Service Center

The guy at the desk - Jeff - continues to be such a jerk to me. The last time I was there was in November of 2023, I said to the cashier I dont know why I keep coming back here. I told her my negative interaction with Jeff that day.but I did go back and again, his response to something I stated, wasnt necessary or appropriate as a customer. While I was waiting for them to service my car, I was looking for other places to take it next time. If it wasnt for the continued horrible behavior by him, I would gladly keep bringing my car there.

Oil change and Tire Rotation

Jeff is a no nonsense guy that knows automobile. The Hornsby brothers are outstanding team running an honest shop. The Admin at checkout is beautiful and kind.

I needed new tires

My experience was nice. The place is clean comfortable and I was prepared for the two hour wait. My question is if you can mail me a coupon and I lose it so I cant use it but you can email me this questionnaire than why couldnt the same coupon be emailed to me ? So all I have to do is pulled it up and couldve got my $10 discount I was told if I did not have the coupon to staple to my receipt they couldnt give me the savings. I will always have my email unless I deleted it guys.
