INCOMPETENT

Incompetent, but nice people. They once again give me my car back with warning lights still lit: for "tire pressure" & "oil change". They also said they would look in to whether or not my tires needed rotation but forgot. They never forget to suggest additional services/products they want to sell.

Short, sweet and helpful

I was a walk-in to the shop. However I am a regular customer. I was worried about a noise my car was making. They checked it out immediately and assured me everything was fine. Decided to get my oil change and inspection which they accommodated quite speedily. Great courteous speedy service! Thanks so much!

Great job

We have been dealing with hogans and sons for several years. They always do a great job on our vehicles. The front counter staff is great to work with. We have purchased several sets of tires from Scott Haines. He provides the value added service by guiding us in the right direction on our purchases.

Service with a smile, and as far as I can tell the job was done good.

Very nice people here. I am a regular customer. I do think it is very misleading to put out a coupon for a $19.99 oil change when it really cost $27.09. I think that is up $2 from the last time l was here! If l took that coupon to Walmart they would have charged $19.99, period.

Brought car in for headlight change. Came right in, professional service and minimal wait. Fair price too. Will go back for oil change next!

Oil change and tire rotation

George the manager tried to over charge me. I gave him an email coupon that was for 19.99 oil change and $10 rotation. He told me total would be 49.95. This is the reason I've stopped using this place. I don't appreciate someone trying to take advantage of me

Solid Service

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They notified me of a CV axle fluid leak. I called car company to get the warranty work done and was also notified of a safety recall that needs to be fixed.
