So far I've been there twice, once for a inspection and then for an oil change! Great experience so far! Everyone friendly and informative!
I've tried Hogan off and on for years and over the last few years and I've noticed two consistent things - 1) The staff is always helpful and tries to accommodate customers requests as best they can, which is appreciated, and 2) I keep having oil stains in my car and a dirty steering wheel after oil changes. This last time I also had two oil spots on the ceiling of my car from a tech with oil on their hands apparently. Please use more caution when working in people's cars and consider putting a steering wheel cover on before working - Nissan does that.
Dropped off my car they took me back to work which was nice great group of polite and courteous staff my company home paramount also uses hogan and sons great group of people

My experience was poor. Oil change was fine, except that they didn't put a sticker on my windshield which is annoying. This is the second time this has happened. Last time I made them mail it to me. As far as customer service goes, they are as lazy as it gets. They did my state inspection and failed me on a wind shield and wiper and my tires, which were new as of 11/3/16. The tires are fine. What a waste of $16.They found a couple issues they wanted to tell me about before completing their work. I was out running errands. They called but left no message, and never tried to call again. When I returned, 5 hours later, the car was not finished and I had to sit there and wait longer because they had made little effort to really get in touch with me. Once I looked at the issues they found in the inspection, they wandered around a full 20 minutes before slapping a "fail" sticker on the windshield and driving the car around front for me to leave. Try a little harder.
Excellent service, reasonably priced and no hard sell tactics. Their shuttle service is very convenient as well. I use it most times I have my car serviced.

Friendly courteous and professional people. I highly recommend the family owned and operated business. Make America Great again. They went out of their way to first find the tire I was wanting for my wife's vehicle and got me in and out quickly and on top of the service we asked for they also made sure the vehicle that carries my loved ones was safe and road ready.
