I had a service voucher for the oil change and tire rotation and gave it to the attendant on check in. However I still received a bill for the full service when I checked out and had to wait for the bill to be adjusted which seemed to take a long time with the computer system.
The Staff was very helpful and really made me feel like they are looking out for me and my family with making sure my car is cared for.
Made an appointment in the afternoon for the next morning. I left my car with them the following morning and walked to the grocery store for a couple of things. My car was ready by the time I walked back.
Hogan & Sons always do good work on my cars. No problems setting up appointments. They stay on schedule and let me know right away if any problems arise.

Every time I come in to get my oil changed, ya'll do that inspection and tell me that my car is falling apart. Look I realize that ya'll are a business, but I'm not stupid. I know my car and I know when their is something wrong with it. Just because I am blonde and a women, gives you no right to take advantage of me like that. If you really want to be a good business, stop trying to rip people off when their are no problems with their vehicles. I will not be returning for any service ever again due to being insulted every time I come to your business.

I used a coupon I found on Valpack. I was happy to call ahead and ask for a time and then I was serviced promptly. The office is comfortable and the time passed easily.
