Great service by Harry the Manager. He squeezed me in as a walk in on a busy morning for inspection/emissions as well as diagnosing an issue with the truck. Was out in a flash.

After my last visit to Hogan & Sons, I was unhappy with the service, and I let them know. Today, the Manager, Harry, called me directly and made it right. He apologized and explained that they had some new people at the front desk, and they didn't realize the policy. I appreciate the follow up and their willingness to make it right.

My husband had his car in to get new tires and they had to put a radiator hose in and they do an awesome job. Always pleasant and have the car done and ready for us. Will use them again!
