When I entered the shop I was not greeted, and when a worker finally did make it to the front desk, she began helping someone else without addressing me at all. When it was time to pay, I was not expecting the final amount, since I had given her a coupon for an oil change, which I guess she forgot to apply. When I questioned the total, she realized her mistake but did not apologize, and when I inquired about specific items on the bill she couldn't explain what the charges were for at first, and then explained I was charged for "rags and mats" and general shop supplies, which I have never had to pay at other auto shops. This is the second unpleasant experience I have had at this Goodyear location, my husband also had a bad experience with customer service, wait time and quality of service, so needless to say we will no longer be patronizing Goodyear in Purcellville, VA.

Brought in for tire repair

I dropped off my vehicle at around 0930 on a Saturday morning to fix a slow leak in a tire. I was told 3 - 5 hours to complete the work. I called them around 1300 to see if they'd been able to find and repair the leak. I was called about two hours later stating the tire could not be repaired. The recommended two new Dunlops for the front and we had the tires replaced. After getting the car back I checked Tire Rack to see what they charged for the same tires and was very surprised to see they had beat Tire Racks price. The one thing I was surprised about is they never ask about a road hazard policy on the new tires. Overall, I'm happy with the price of the tires. They stated they were under staffed, which caused the delay.

Good to Go

A lot of work got done in the same day so that I could have my car back. Everything from welcoming me to the shop and getting the plan of action down, to following up and communicating their analysis, explaining what I might not understand fully, and letting me know when the car was ready was great service. They researched to get me the best price on parts and gave me a discount. The one draw back was when I headed out to get my car I found it unlocked. This means anyone else could've found my car unlocked and attempted to steal my car as it sat in their parking lot. Not good.

Hogan and Sons-Pville Review

To begin we would not normally go to Hogan and Sons because we have not had great experiences there before, however, my tire needed to be fixed and they were open. I thought I called the Purcellville location and that they had time to repair my tire and rotate tires on my boyfriends truck,however when we got there, I realized I called the Leesburg store. The girl working at the desk was very short with us and rude. She wouldn't even make time to get the tire patched, we were willing to leave it, there was still 4 hours of the business day left. Anyhow, she refused so we walked out. A man came out after us, who we now know is Harry, the store manager. He asked us what we needed and told us to come back in. He provided us EXCEPTIONAL service and we ended up not being able to get the tire patched so I bought 4 new tires and Harry made sure they were installed the SAME day! He went above and beyond for us. My boyfriend has his truck there now for service! We couldn't be happier with Harry!
