Back on the Road in a Day

Our daughter came home and said the car was making a noise. She was set to leave for JMU the next day so we needed it fixed fast. Hogan and Sons saw us first thing in the morning and had the car fixed before 11:30am. Thanks so much!

70k Mi Service

Service was not up to the usual quality I have received from H&S in the past. Glovebox was not reinstalled correctly from cabin filter check, and air filter housing was not properly seated and bolted down. Will provide H&S another opportunity to show that this was a rare occurrence.

Cayenne Tire Swap & Inspection

Ben did a great job documenting specifics on the wheel/tire swap to ensure it was done correctly so the tires were rotated properly from when they were previously mounted last year. He also noticed my state inspection was do this month and I didn't even realize it saving me a trip later this month. Great job overall.
