I am somewhat happy. I believe that when I asked for it to be done by 3pm, it should have been. I didn't receive any phone calls to let me know that they were having a difficult time finding the issues. A courtesy call would have been nice. I needed other work done, like an oil changeIf they had contacted me as I instructed I would have gotten that done. But took it to someone else for that service.
This Guys are awesome and that's why we bein loyal customers for a very long time. But this time there was a little hiccup: 1) I was over charge on my credit card because they forgot I had a coupon after I told them when I made the appointment .2) when I called about it they said " no problem we will fix it right away and they did but they credit the refund to my ex wife "debit visa" card . When mine is a "credit card" ( master card) I mean,,, really ? Lol
Took me right in and did the service I requested. Great guys to work with!

Ben and the other guys at Hogan & Sons fixed my tire problem quickly. It was a good experience.
I dont know what happen whith this people in front desk, bad experience they changed my schedule time Sorry!
