State Inspection & Oil Change
State inspection was fine.The oil change was impeded by a stripped oil drain plug. While the additional time required to complete the oil change was inconvenient, it was understandable.However, I was not staisfied with being charged for the drain plug. I had the oil changes at this location previously without issue. I understand that parts wear out, but stripping / overtightening it not expected.

Wouldn't Return Here Again
Arrived at 7am (without appointment) to get a state inspection (1st in line) and oil change on my 2-year old SUV. Was told inspections didn't start till 8, but oil change could be done in the interim to maximize use of time. At 9:30, I still didn't have my car back, and after asking for status, was told the service manager would be out to see me shortly. The service manager came out at 9:45 to inform me that my car passed inspection, and that "to extend the life of my car a little longer", there were $1,300 worth of services I should have done. I'm cognizant of the manufacturer recommended maintenance schedule, and none of the items on their list were in line with manufacturer recommendations. Had I been an uninformed customer, I would have likely forked over the $1,300 and been none-the-wiser. Obviously this can happen anywhere, but my experience was that they were 1) less-than-efficient with their time, and 2) doing what they could to boost sales of unnecessary services. Beware!
