Alonzo was great

Alonzo helped us with 4 new tires for our minivan when 2 of them wouldn't pass inspection. He found a very good rebate deal through Goodyear and was very professional throughout despite me asking lots of questions. Thanks to Alonzo!

Yearly Inspection

They did a thorough job but forgot to call us to tell us the car was ready. We called at 6:45PM, and they said it was ready and we hurried up to pick up the car. Hogan gave us an estimate of items that should be done around 30K miles, but we though the price was pretty high. Since the car is barely driven, we elected not to spend the extra $1000+. Other than the forgetfulness, they are friendly and easy to do business with.

Not the same :(

It's just an inspection... But, For the past 9 years or so, this motorcycle has been inspected by Hogan and Sons. If you show up by 8 in the morning(when the inspector starts) or at 1:00 on the afternoon(when he comes back from lunch) a motorcycle has been given priority. A few reasons... the rider has to drive it into the bay, It usually takes about 5 minutes for the actual inspection (a car is about 1/2 hour), the ride can be in full gear (not comfortable to wait around in the sun not moving), and back to the rider has to drive it in, means you can't just drop it off and come back later to pick it up like you can a car. But yesterday it seems as though all has changed with the new inspector... had to wait, (at least there was only one in front of me, I was there about 7:45) and since the bike has been in their computer system I also never had to get out the registration before (except the first time bringing the vehicle in) Unti yesterday...

As always the crew was great. Shuttle on time and service great even with a short crew due to iffsite on-going training .

Customer service was good, but simple tasks took 3.5 hours when i was promised should not take more than 90 minutes.

CV Axles

I knew I had some issues with my axle and boots and I came in and they offered me a courtesy inspection to see what was wrong. They showed me what was wrong and worked with me on price. They fixed the axles the same day in 1.5 hours and got me back on the road.

Hogan Service

Oil change and tire rotation service performed as requested in timely manner. Declined post service recommendation to have brake lines flushed, new brake fluid, fromnt-end alignment, and new fuel induction kit as had this all done less than one year (and less than 5000 miles) ago.
