Wonderful service

I went by because I had a slow leak in my tire due to a screw in the tire. They told me they could take care of it and showed me where the waiting room was. Everyone was so friendly - they even put on cartoons for my kids. Great service - fast and at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back again.

As always, I receive great recommendations and service from H&S. Specifically Kristy, she is always helpful and informative.

Disappointed

I had gotten 2 tires at this location previously and wanted to get my other two replaced after having an unfixable flat tire. When I went to pick up my car, I asked which two tires were replaced for the "road hazard" warranty that I purchased, and it turns out that only one of the tires were replaced. They fixed it promptly, but I still had to wait almost half an hour. I was told it was due to a new technician on board, but if that was the case, they should've checked his work. On top of that, I asked for a discount or something for the inconvenience and I supposedly couldn't get a refund since the paperwork was already processed, though I'm sure if I complained more something could've been done, and the best they could offer me was a free oil change, which means I would actually have to go back to get it done. The worst part is that I would've never known that I didn't get my second new tire if I had not asked about it.

Oil change

I came in for an oil change (which normally takes no more than an hour) and had to wait over 90 minutes. That was a bit annoying. Other than that, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient.

They took too long for a simple oil change compare to my previous visit.

Alignment Fixed!

Our Odyssey was experiencing a lot of vibration in the steering wheel during our trip, so we took it in to have the alignment checked. Turns out the balancing and alignment were badly off causing unnecessary wear on the tires as well as the rough ride. These were corrected. As a "bonus", our two years of front end squeaking and "groaning" due to our van being towed also went away! Thank you, thank you! Will be back in 3 months to have alignment double checked that all is still in proper place.
