Regarding the finished product, I am pleased - car is driving fine. However, customer service is a problem here. I was told I needed my power steering fluid changed and that it was dirty, however the PS fluid cannot be changed in this vehicle. The sales associate lumped this cost into the estimate and failed to reveal the costs of a lifetime wheel balance and road hazard warranty - a total of $125 of which I would have declined. Moreover, I was told I would get two $50 coupons applied, when I only received one. Finally, the 2nd page of the receipt was missing. I was also told air filter and cabin filter were dirty and needed replaced - i declined these since i can do this myself, but after checking the air filter it was pretty clean. The cabin filter I have not checked yet. I chalk all of this up as gimmicky salesmanship - I expect it at auto shops, but do expect me to shop around for more honest work.

I came in for an oil change and was told by one of the guys at the counter that my car needed new tires. after he checked on matching the same tires I was given a quote somewhere around $900 with alignment and all the other benefits. I felt that was too much and he tried again coming, back with a lower offer around $700. This I felt was still too much so I decided to shop around for a better price. My coupon for the oil chang was for $19.95 but some how the total came up to over $27. I had asked to have the tires rotated and when I got home and looked at them they were NOT rotated. Everyone was nice but I'm not sure if I'll be back because of how inflated the oil change became and the fact that the tire rotation was not done as I requested.

Cabin Filter

I am not happy about the price I paid for having a cabin filter installed, $56 for less than two minutes to install. I never paid for a bead seal before, this problem never occurred before I bought my tires at Goodyear, now charging me to fix the problem every time.
