I called while on the road to ask about replacements for my horse trailer tires. Hartje was able to get the tires in and put them on the next morning, as I needed the trailer that evening. I was even able to drop that trailer off on my way and they called when it was completed. Great service!
From the first phone call to conpletion, it only took a few hours.
They performed wonderful service in a very timely manner with no problems cost was exactly where I expected it to be. Took my truck in on a Friday late in the day and had it done before the end of Had a brake line blow truck no brakes. Great service. Thanks So Much.
For the third time in a row, the courtesy checklist was not done during the visit. This time, after I asked when I came in, Dawn noticed it wasn't done as she was ringing up the bill. She had to walk back to get the checklist done. The previous two times I didn't discover that the checklist wasn't done until I got home. I value the checklist a lot and am glad Hartje's started it but sure wish I could count on it being done regularly and without having to ask and remind each visit.
