Unfortunately, my truck suffered a significant rim chip when having the new tires mounted. I am hopeful I will receive a f/u call regarding the "fix" for this damage. My final review is obviously contingent on this f/u call and action. Potentially 5 stars...

I took my car to Hartje's Tire Center for new brakes and they ordered the parts needed, and were able to fix it the next day. The car runs well now. I can always depend on Hartje's to give me a fair price and get the job done right!
I was very satisfied with the service that I received. My only complaint was that they didn't have the right oil filter for my vehicle on the first visit, so I was asked to return later. I was hoping for some type of discount, but was told no.
